After manually checking each and every entry -- verifying if the participant's Facebook post is public, if The Purple Doll, Tsinoy Foodies and Breakfast Magazine's Facebook pages were tagged, if 3 of the participant's friends were also tagged, and if the participant follows the required accounts on Twitter, I've encoded the qualified names to Random Picker, a free online random generator.
