Hi friends, how are you all been doing these days? I've been quite busy this September and I'm excited to post about my weight loss and lifestyle change journey. I know, it's so ironic that a food blogger would be so into health and fitness. However, as much as I enjoy eating good food, I also want to promote healthy eating and living.
