Ilustrado Restaurant: Paella Love Promo + Giveaway #2!

Among the eight, I got to try the Paella Negra (P895) which is a rich and flavorful paella item cooked with squid ink and topped with bell peppers and more squid. While this dish can leave your teeth and lips a little stained, I didn't mind it 'cause it was all worth it.

I also got to sample the Paella de Pollo (P1,250) which is more subtle than the previous paella dish yet more memorable for me. It's topped with bell peppers, eggs, peas, and herb & spice-rubbed Pamora Farm free-range chicken which is super moist and tender.
