The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf: 2013 Giving Journal
It's that time of the year again... The season for collecting stamps, and claiming planners. And if up until now you're still undecided what planner to get for the year to come, then maybe you should check out The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's 2013 Giving Journal.
Built from the values of sharing compassion, celebrating kindness, and finding joy in the act of giving, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf rewards us with another chance to make a difference. Aside from getting yourself a planner to guide you through 2013, you get to embark on a journey of giving as proceeds from the Giving Journal will be dedicated to continue supporting the Real LIFE Foundation, a christian non-profit non-governmental organization geared towards providing a better future for the marginalized Filipino youth by giving them access to good education and transforming their communities.
More than just a journal to write thoughts on, the Giving Journal has pages upon pages of great features centered on giving back. It's also packed with monthly coupons that are sure to bring smiles with The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf treats -- the brand’s simple way of expressing gratitude for joining in the cause. And if you think it ends there, think again. While other coffee shops would require you to down almost 20 cups of coffee, with The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's 2013 Giving Journal, you only need to collect 12 stamps!
Mechanics:
Two years ago, I collected stamps for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's 2011 Giving Journal. And while I skipped drinking coffee for a planner last year, I'm thinking of going all out this 2013 and start collecting stamps for 2 cards. I'm not sure if I'll get to complete them and successfully claim 2 planners by the end of the year, but here's to hoping!
At the moment, I only have 2 stamps on my card. However, I'll make sure to grab a cup of coffee, tea or tea latte every time I'll see a CBTL store. It also wouldn't hurt to embody the spirit of giving by treating some family and friends with free CBTL drinks. *wink*
So if you haven't decided which planner to get, go check out The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's 2013 Giving Journal. Visit any of the 50 CBTL stores nationwide to get a hold of the stamp card, and start collecting opportunities to make lives merrier this season.
