Goodwill Coffee: Instant Coffee with Moringa and Spirulina
While I'm no coffee aficionado, I surely enjoy a good cup of hot coffee during mornings and even on late afternoons when I seriously need a perk-me-upper. And although I hate to admit it, my choice when it comes to coffee are instant coffee mixes. Some of you might raise an eyebrow, but instant coffee is quick and easy to prepare, and costs less.
With a lot of choices when it comes to instant coffee mixes though, there's bound to be a few ones which will exactly match your palate. And recently, I think I may have found another one that fits mine -- Goodwill Coffee by Great Kind. I know I might sound like my mom who loves trying out different organic coffee mixes available in the market. But, here are some things that separate Goodwill Coffee from other instant coffee mixes.
1. Made from premium Arabica and Robusta beans
2. Infused with nature's multivitamin, Moringa
3. Infused with super food Spirulina
Unlike most instant coffee mixes that just combine the right amount of coffee, sugar and cream, Goodwill Coffee has Moringa, a natural multivitamin which can provide you with nutrients along with a dose of your pick-me-upper. It also contains Spirulina, an amazing super food believed to help reinforce the immune system while controlling high blood pressure and cholesterol. Now, who says a cup of coffee is just a cup of coffee?
As for taste, I can't deny that I was overwhelmed upon my first sip. Sure it was creamy. However, it was quite bitter for my palate. It also had an herb or vegetable-tasting bitterness to it. Upon succeeding sips though, I got the hang of it and learned to love the flavor of Goodwill Coffee, especially since it's coffee and natural vitamins in a cup!
Goodwill Coffee is currently being served in some restaurants in the metro. However, if you want to try it out in the comforts of your own home, a box of 10 is available for P299. There are also packages for 3 and 5 boxes. Just check the links below.
Happy coffee drinking! :)

ReplyDeleteand moringa ;)
DeleteYou got that right. :)
DeleteMoringa is malunngay in layman's term, right? So is this advisable for lactating women?
ReplyDeleteHi Eva! Yup, Moringa is malunggay. :) As for your second question, I believe it's best to ask your doctor about it just to be sure. :)
DeleteMy friend introduced this brand to me. And I did like it. Who would have thought it has organic spirulina? :)
ReplyDeleteThanks to you and your friend, Misty. :)
DeleteHow to avail that coffee... It seems like so relaxing sipping this coffee...
ReplyDeleteI have tried this coffee in one of the bazaars courtesy of breakfast mag. I didn't know that it has other beneficial ingredients like Spirulina & Moringa.
