The Samsung #GalaxyMega Giveaway!

As a food blogger and MEGA foodie, I don't just love eating good food but also snapping drool-worthy food shots. And while I'm thankful that I have my trusty Canon EOS 550D by my side, I have to admit that I'm not quite a fan of lugging a big camera around. For those lazy-to-carry-Candice days, I use my Samsung Ace Duos to snap food shots. However, it's a big challenge to produce food porn material with my phone's low-res camera.

Good thing, I met my new pal, a Samsung Galaxy Mega which is the latest Samsung mobile device I can carry like a phone and use like a tablet. Now, I can be assured to snap drool-inducing food porn with its 8 mega-pixel camera equipped with smart settings. Its really big screen at 6.3" coupled with a fast dual-core 1.7 GHz processor can also make sure I enjoy my food porn-surfing experience. And as a smart phablet, I think I can even do some blogging with it!

2. Snap at least 3 food shots (1 photo per day per social media platform only) and post it publicly on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or all three within a span of 7 days from July 30 to August 8, 2013. Make sure to tag @SamsungPH and use the hashtags #GalaxyMega and #ThePurpleDoll to make your entries valid.

   Snap a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 7 food shots. You can enter with single food photos, food pic collages, or even with selfie shots but of course, with food in the same frame.
3. When you're happy with your set of photos, create a NOTE on Facebook and put all the links of your uploaded photos. Don't forget to add a CREATIVE title!

This is somehow a photostory contest, only, with food photos. Feel free to submit with just 3 photos, or 7. You can have a theme or be spontaneous. If you need ideas or inspiration, here are some I've thought of:

• Fast food for 7 days
• Colors of the rainbow
