Get ready for Halloween with #loveSnR!

Back when I was a kid, one "holiday" I've always been interested in is Halloween. But being the typical Chinese-Filipino family that we are, we don't actually celebrate Halloween or make a fuss out of it. So a little over 10 years later, here I am, embodying the kid that I've always been. Still excited about Halloween. I went as a Sim (from the game, The Sims) last year. And while I'm still unsure what I'll be going as this year, one thing I'm sure of, is my excitement!

Earlier this week, we went to S&R to stock up on Halloween nibbles. Not just for me, but to share with my younger cousins, nephews and nieces too. But of course, since we were already there, my sister and I didn't miss one of our favorite things about this members-only shopping center -- the food counter.

Yup! S&R's food counter has been a trusty source of big portioned, quality, yet affordable noms. Though we love shopping here, there's no arguing that the food counter is another reason why we #loveSnR. In fact, I think I won't mind going to S&R just for the food! (╯✧∇✧)╯

Halloween Nibbles and More

Anyhow, let's go back to the very reason why we were in S&R in the first place. Since Halloween is around the corner, we figured it would be wise to stock up on candies and chocolates to give out not just to trick-or-treaters, but to our younger kiddie relatives as well.

These may seem like a tooooon of chocolates! But, I personally think it'd be better to have more than less. We'd be using the leftovers from Halloween for Christmas. Great for piñata games or pukpok palayok, as well as noms inside party favor bags and loot bags.

Apart from the candies and chocolates, another which caught my attention was the aisle of 24-inch stuffed toys. These might not be a fitting giveaway for Halloween, but this is perfect for Christmas! I know my nephews and nieces, and godchildren would want these. （๑✧∀✧๑）

Candies, chocolates and stuffed toys would surely make any kid (and kids-at-heart) happy. But what about us, adults?
